​메가스포츠이벤트가 지역발전에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

​(2015광주하계유니버시아드 대회를 중심으로)

​2015광주하계유니버시아드 대회는 개최 도시나 국가의 홍보효과, 지역산업 및 관광, 투자유치활성화, 국제도시로서의 위상 구축 및 도시마케팅 효과, 지역대학의 국제교류활성화, 지역체육진흥과 경쟁력 제고 등의 기대 효과를 가지고 치러졌다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 대회의 운영전반에 대한 문헌적 고찰을 통해 지역발전에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 2019년에 치러질 세계수영대회의 성공적인 운영에 도움이 되고자 한다.

2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade Competition is expected to have effects such as publicity effect of host city and country, local industry and tourism, activation of investment attraction, establishment of international city and city marketing effect, promotion of international exchanges of local universities, promotion of local sports and competitiveness . The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of these conventions on the development of the region through a literature review and to help the successful operation of the World Swimming Championships to be held in 2019.
