박물관 방문객 동선 분석

박물관 전문가들이 박물관에서 관람객들의 경험을 이해하는 것은 중요합니다. 과거 박물관 관리자들은 관람객의 경험을 파악하기 위해, 비관여적 관람에 중점을 두었습니다. 그러나, 새로운 기술로, 박물관은 관람객이 관람을 하는 동안 관람객의 이동 및 흐름을 추적하고 기록할 수 있게 되었습니다. 이와 같은 정보는 전시 설계 및 관람객 만족을 개선하기 위해 적용할 수 있는 더욱 자세한 관람객 정보를 제공할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 본 연구는 시공간적으로 전시 동안 관람객의 흐름을 시각화하는 방법을 제시합니다.

An Analysis of Museum Visitor Circulation

It is vital for museum professionals to understand the visitors’ experience in their museums. In order to know visitors’ experience, museum managers heavily rely on unobtrusive observation in the past. However, with the novel technologies, it is possible for us to track and record visitors’ movements and flows during their visit in museums. This generates the opportunity to provide more detailed visitor information which may be used to improve the exhibition design and visitor satisfaction. In this research, we offer an approach to visualize the circulation of visitors through an exhibition in space and time.
