소규모 박물관의 혁신 및 지속 가능성은 기회인가, 위협인가?- 논의와 사례 검토

본 연구는 작은 박물관의 ‘혁신’과 ‘지속 가능성’ 포럼의 주제를 연구합니다. 본 연구는 작은 박물관 분야에서 현재까지 ‘혁신’과 ‘지속 가능성’을 달성하기 위해 무엇이 논의되었고 구현되었는지 분석할 것입니다. 특히, 본 연구는 일반적인 논의와 실제 적용 사이에 차이가 있는지 살펴볼 것입니다. 본 연구는 ‘혁신’과 ‘지속 가능성’을 성공적으로 실현하기 위해 작은 박물관이 필요한 것을(실질적인 관점에서) 파악하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 본 연구는 작은 박물관이 큰 박물관과 차별화된 특별한 박물관이 되기 위해 ‘자체적인’ 전략을 개발해야 한다는 것에 중점을 둘 것입니다. 

This paper explores main themes of the forum ‘innovation’ and ‘sustainability’ in small museums. It will study what have been discussed and implemented to achieve 'innovation' and 'sustainability' in small museum sector so far. In particular, the paper will look into whether there is gap between general discussion and practical adaptation of it. Through this research, the paper tries to identify what is necessary for small museums (in a practical perspective) in order to achieve ‘innovation’ and ‘sustainability’ successfully. It will focus on that they need to develop their ‘own’ strategies, which should be unique and different from big museums’.
