소규모 박물관은 개인의 이야기를 더 많이 보여준다
캄보디아의 대부분 박물관은 전국에 산재한 다양한 고고학적 현장에서 출토한 목재와 금속, 석재 예술품을 위한 것입니다. 전시품들은 크메르 문명에서 앙코르 시대까지를 보여주고 있습니다. 노벨상 수상 작가인 Orhan Pamuk의 작은 박물관에 대한 의견을 기반으로, 본 연구는 세계 다른 지역과 마찬가지로 캄보디아의 박물관에서 작은 전시회를 통해 이룬 혁신을 소개할 것입니다. 아름답고 귀중한 소장품 앞에서 대형 박물관의 관람객들은 어떤 느낌을 가질까요? 작은 박물관에 전시된 명확한 가치가 없는 전시품을 봤을 때 관람객들은 누가 봐도 알 수 있게 놀랄까요?

Small Museums Bring more Personal Stories
Most museums in Cambodia are dedicated to the artefacts in wood, in metal and in stone coming from the different archaeological sites scattered in the country. The displayed objects seem to freeze the Khmer civilization to the Angkor period.
Based on the reflexions of Orhan Pamuk, Nobel Prize winner writer about the small museums, I will present the innovation brought by small exhibitions through the museums in Cambodia as elsewhere in the world.
What kind of feelings the visitors of the great museums have in front of the beautiful and precious collections, and their apparent surprise when they discover an object without apparent value exhibited in small museums?
