베트남 여성 박물관 – 혁신의 여정
우선, 본 논문은 베트남여성박물관에 대해 간략히 설명한 후, 지속 가능한 발전을 위해 박물관이 시도하고 있는 혁신에 대해 상세하게 설명합니다. 박물관의 명확한 성 특성을 강조하기 위해 5개 중요한 사항에 중점을 두었습니다. 5개 중요한 사항은 성특정 접근 방식을 적용하는 것, 공동체를 참여시키는 것, 소외 여성에 중점을 두는 것, 여성 문제에 대한 포럼을 생성하는 것, 시사 문제를 표현하는 것입니다. 박물관의 변화를 통해 얻어지는 이와 같은 교훈은 이를 전세계 동료들과 공유하고 개선을 위한 피드백을 받는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
VIETNAMESE WOMEN’S MUSEUM – THE JOURNEY OF INNOVATION
First this paper gives a brief introduction to the Vietnamese Women’s Museum, and then delves into the details of the innovations that the museum has initiated for sustainable development. Five important issues are focused on among the works in order to highlight the distinctive gender characteristics of the museum. These are; to apply a gender specific approach, engage the community, focus on marginalized women, generate forums on women’s issues and represent contemporary topics. These lessons learnt from the changes of the museum are linked to the purposes of sharing with international colleagues and receiving feedback in order to improve.
